Our Story

Built by a Freelancer, for Freelancers.

My journey to creating PactlyApp started with a nightmare project – one I'm sure you're familiar with.

I remember the excitement of landing that big client. The project was perfect for my portfolio, the budget was decent, and I was eager to dive in. It all started smoothly. Then came the first email, the one that sends a shiver down every freelancer's spine: "Can you just quickly...?"

A "quick" change to the homepage layout. A "small" addition to the user profile page. An "easy" integration with a third-party service we never discussed. Individually, they were minor. Collectively, they were a tidal wave of scope creep that drowned my timeline and my profits.

"Suddenly, I was working late nights and weekends, not on the creative challenges I loved, but on unpaid extras. My anxiety spiked. I spent more time deciphering vague contract clauses and chasing late payments than I did actually designing and coding. I didn't get into this to become a paralegal."

That was my breaking point. Exhausted and frustrated, staring at a contract full of complex legal jargon I barely understood, I knew there had to be a better way. Freelancers deserve tools that protect them, tools that empower them to do their best work without fear of exploitation.

Our Mission: Your Peace of Mind

PactlyApp was born from that frustration. It's the tool I wish I'd had on day one of my freelance career. It's not just an app; it's the AI business partner I always needed.

Our mission is simple: to give freelancers, consultants, and solopreneurs the confidence to sign contracts. We use AI to translate confusing legal language into plain English and to spot the hidden risks—vague scope, unfair payment terms, tricky IP clauses—before they become a problem.

We handle the contract anxiety so you can get back to what you do best: creating amazing things.
